Rangers defender and former St Miren hotshot Kirk Broadfoot was injured and spent a night in the hospital after an egg he was microwaving exploded in his face.Broadfoot scored on his debut for the Scottish national team in a memorable 2-1 victory over Iceland last September and has been a regular with the club ever since.
